We aim to start the care package as soon as possible. However, we want to ensure that there is adequate information gathering and induction of our personal support workers to ensure that we maintain our standard of care. This may mean that depending on location and complexity of care needs there might be a delay in starting the care package. But we typically aim to start the service within 48-72 hours from the signed service agreement.
Our company tries our best to ensure there is continuity of care with the same caregivers. However unforeseen circumstances such as illness or absence may not make this possible in some occasions. But we aim to keep you updated as soon as we are informed of any changes.
We ask for 2 weeks’ notice to end your service agreement.
Our rates start from $35 per hour, however it may vary depending on factors such as care needs and complexity. Please contact us to discuss further.
Revival Homecare has liability insurance for our business and in all our business we meet all the regulations and retirements of Ontario Health Services.
Our minimum hours for home care service is 4 hours at a minimum of 2 shifts weekly. This is to ensure that we provide you with consistent and quality care.
We completely understand that due to several factors you may want to change certain aspects of the care plan e.g. hours, frequency, timing. We ask that you provide ample notice so that we are able to make these changes as soon as possible.
